Founder of Ground and Connect Me

"An unconventional path to relationship work."

About

Grounded in the body.
Connected to the people who matter.

I didn't arrive at relationship work through a straight line.

My path has taken me through psychology, integrative health, technology, psychoeducational teaching, and now graduate clinical training in psychotherapy. But one question has followed me throughout much of my life: How can I help people feel better from the inside out — and build more fulfilling, connected, whole lives?

Ground and Connect Me grew from that question. It brings together what I've learned about physical and emotional wellbeing, human behavior, attraction, relationships, and connection — because the pieces of a good life rarely exist in isolation.
